Paid monthly from the month a child turns 12 months, for children birth-registered in Jeonnam since 2024. Paid from the month of application, without back pay. Still running in the former Jeonnam area after the Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City launched on 1 July 2026.
Children birth-registered in Jeonnam since 1 Jan 2024; child and at least one guardian with a Jeonnam address from registration (all guardians at application)
